Description

The Enterprise Policy Management Professional 2 contributes to the success of Humana's business strategy by assisting in the creation, communication and governance of enterprise policies, standards and procedures. Part of the Enterprise Policy Management Professional 2’s role is to gather resources and data in order to provide business areas with the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Enterprise Policy Management Professional 2 will be responsible for assisting Document Owners in the development of enterprise policies, standards and procedures. The Enterprise Policy Management Professional 2 monitors and aids the governance of these policies, standard, and procedures throughout its lifecycle. The Enterprise Policy Management Professional 2 works closely with Document Owners to ensure that all enterprise policies, standards and procedures are accurate, clearly stated, reviewed, published and communicated.

Role Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • 2-3 years proven experience in Data Analytics

  • Strong Communication experience ( written and verbal)

  • Less than 5 years working in software application

  • Strong analytical background, preferably with database development skills

  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Remote location okay.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in policy management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Knowledgeable in regulations governing the healthcare industry
