Northrop Grumman Property/Asset Management Analyst 2/3 in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports.
The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience with the elements of Integrated Logistics Support:
Perform Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing and tracking.
Provide control of and maintenance of property records on all Contractor Acquired and Government Furnished Property (GFP) assigned in performance of contract requirements.
Coordinate material movement with purchasing, project management, engineering, warehouse, and end users.
Coordinate/track the movement of material and asset property between work centers, users, other departments, sites, and government.
· Ability to travel on occasion to Northrop Grumman and customer locations is required within the Colorado region.
- (Level 2) 3+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience with a Master's degree; (Level 3) 6 Years of experience with Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a Master's.
US Citizen, DoD Secret Clearance
Excellent communication skills
Experience with USAF supply systems (ILSS and LIMS-EV)
Experience with WAWF (GFE and IUID modules)
Experience with USAF LRS shipping requirements
Experience with accounting for / managing Gov't property
Experience with GOLDesp
Experience with GBRs
Experience with warehouse management
Previous experience supporting a Government and/or DoD customer
Good researching skills, analytical ability and capacity for planning
Familiarity with FIAR and DPAS
