In addition to our corporate office, we havephysical locations in Arlington VA; Hampton Roads, VA; Bel Air MD;Colorado Spr Mission: This contract provides senior Instructors to United States Army Space andMissile Defense Command, Space and Missile Defense (SMD) Center ofExcellence (SMDCoE), US SMD School. SMD School core functions include:1) Educate, train, and develop leaders for Space and Missile Defenseoperations; 2) Develop Army Doctrine for Space, High Altitude, andGlobal Missile Defense; 3) Develop individual and collective trainingtasks for space and missile defense operations; and 4) Execute the ArmyQuality Assurance Program to ensure standards are met in the educations,training, and leadership development of Soldiers and Civilians. Responsibilities: * Provides training and instruction to support one or more SMD Schooltraining courses * Provide expertise in Army and TRADOC quality assurance standards andAssess education and training, instructional materials, supportingdocuments, supporting processes, training and training support activitiesand implement a School wide program to assess against Army accreditationstandards in accordance with TR 350-70 * Develop lesson plans, training materials, and course contentConduct training secessions, demonstrations, and develop evaluation criteria * Provide technical subject matter expertise and knowledge related toArmy space operations * Understand and evaluate the ADDIE process as it supports institutionaltraining, structured self-development and distributed learning to ensurecompliance with Army accreditation standards and school wide standardization. * Utilize TDC and other mandated programs. * Travel to conduct training as required * Other duties as assigned Requirements: * 5+ years of space related military experience as a Senior NCO orField Grade Officer or a bachelor's degree * Understanding of Space Fundamentals * Experience and understanding of military operations * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Previousinstructor-facilitator experience. * Ability to brief higher ranking officials * Ability to work independently and meet communicated schedules anddeadlines. * Ability to travel 50% or more * Current Top-Secret Clearance, SCI eligible Desired * MOSQ: FA40, Space 200, ASCBC, Space Operations Course, Space300, or other relevant space courses * Graduate of a military instructor training course (ITC/SGITC,FIFC, ABIC, AFBIC, etc.) Security Responsibilities: Must comply with all company security and data protection / usagepolicies and procedures.
