Requirements Engineer, Mid

Key Role:

Identify a client's business and system requirements, and translate and decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Leverage expertise in highly-developed domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities to achieve goals while comprehending a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Provide technical solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Determine and develop approaches to solutions independently. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects. Communicate with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts effectively. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years experience with Air Force requirement management and acquisition processes

-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with writing clear and compelling technical material for a variety of audiences

-Experience with the Air Force environment

-Possession of excellent client facing presentation and interpersonal skills

-CSEP Certification
