Pet is searching for a Sales Analyst to support our growing business.The Sales Analyst develops, updates and maintains supply chain plans forassigned customers and/or product classes using Central Garden .and. Pet toolsto manage customer sell through and shipments. Working with Sales, Demandand Supply Planning, Trade Marketing, Product Management, andDistribution, ensures in-stock levels meet customer expectations, avoidsshortages and maintains efficient inventory levels. The Sales Analyst willestablish planogram analytics and recommendations in support of the K.and.HManufacturing sales team presentations to core retailers. Please see our web site for additional company information. www.central.comMEASURES OF SUCCESSDevelops, maintains and owns the primary relationship with assignedcustomer's replenishment team; works with team supply chain metricsIdentifies and explains channel inventory and forecast risksWorks closely with replenishment team to reduce channel inventory risks anddevelops plans to increase velocity of any SKUs identified as risksMonitors channel inventory and customer in-stock levels to meet customer needsAnalyzes Customer Point of Sale data (POS)Conducts analyses of various factors that impact demand, such as categorytrends, buying patterns, customer response to new products, promotionsand eventsWorks with Sales, Regional Product Management, and Demand and SupplyPlanning to identify opportunities for meeting demand in the event of capacityconstraintsAssist Sales team in building sales and planogram strategies to help growexisting business and/or target new account opportunities.
