Role Summary

Responsible for sales and revenue generation and/or client relationship management for an increased volume of standard accounts, typically focused on retail accounts. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans for the development of new revenue pipelines. Continues to build industry experience. Ensures satisfaction, swift response to client, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation. Responsible for the achievement of defined sales targets. Help improve associate performance and execute on coaching plans to improve performance while fulfilling all duties and expectations of a CE Workplace Senior in order to ensure that associates receive appropriate direction and guidance and that department realizes sales goals.


  • Partner with supervisor and management to monitor associate performance to successfully achieve department objectives including communicating clear performance expectations, providing appropriate support, utilizing data/metrics to identify trends and coaching opportunities, consistently providing performance feedback relative to expectations while fostering a motivated team environment through the use of various forms of recognition and activities.

  • Help drive improvement with results while partnering with the supervisor to ensure all call review expectations are met for the month

  • Monitor complex client situations to ensure timely resolution and maximizing team members’ phone time by serving as the POC on complex issues and following up on client requests while mitigating risk to the firm

  • Communicates with clients to support client inquiries on products and services, describing features and benefits as well as alignment with the client's objectives. Provides assessments of client opportunities and conveys information on options and potential impact.

  • Supports senior sales team and relationship managers in developing client contacts to obtain meetings and identifies additional sales opportunities for wealth management. Delivers training and presentations on products and services. Generates new leads by assessing client needs.

  • Gathers and integrates data in support of resolving client inquiries and proactive resolution of client needs. Partners with back-office and shared services teams to research and resolve client inquiries. Completes assigned action plan implementation tasks. Performs a range of routine analyses of data and trends to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance. Manages client inquiries and resolves problems within scope of knowledge, including inquiries such as asset consolidations, charitable giving, and other life events, and ensures all transactions and administrative processes are accomplished.

  • Completes sales, typically for retail products, engaging the appropriate internal contacts, as directed, to ensure contract requirements are in alignment with organizational policies and standards. Seeks final approval from all required parties.



  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

  • Series 7 & 66 Licenses


  • CRPC Designation (obtained within 6 months of accepting the role)
