ManTech Service Delivery Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Primary Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Minimum Active DoD Secret and ability to obtain/maintain DHS suitability


As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, deconflicting and scheduling/coordinating the delivery of change requests for our credentialing infrastructure support team. Work includes virtual and physical infrastructure and technology support processes. The purpose of this role is to ensure that that changes and new environments are cross functionally coordinated to ensure smooth implementation and change management for the Credentialing area.


  • Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams for technology services provided

  • Communicate and develop good relationships with the business, customers, and technical teams.

  • Ensure infrastructure and deployed in environments meet standards, maintained, monitored and available

  • Plan and organize IT operations activities and manage resources across teams.

  • Have clear understanding of contracts and accountable for any associated operations components of contractual engagements.

  • Provide expert problem management support to high-profile issues, engaging in root cause analysis and ensuring corrective action plans are followed through.

  • Ensure changes to systems are risk assessed and implemented in a controlled manner.

  • Service monitoring and reporting. Develop weekly and monthly reports, monitor trends and proactively address negative trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a computer science professional qualification. A diverse and broad IT background with 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of: Systems management, Service Management, ITIL

  • Demonstrable ability to lead and work with peers and stakeholders in a variety of team environments

  • Infrastructure planning, design & implementation

  • Proficiency with Service Management tools (e.g.: ServiceNow, Remedy)

  • Desktop applications: MS Office, Project & Visio skills.

Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm
