Program: Ballistic Missile Early Warning Systems / PAVE Phased ArrayWarning System (BMEWS/PAVE PAWS): The BPP Program Office supports andsustains five radars, across the North America and Europe, which provideearly-warning ballistic missile detection, acquisition, classification,and tracking of ballistic missile attack, 24-hours per day, 365 days peryear. The radars are also capable of detecting, identifying, and trackingman-made objects in low-earth orbit. Job Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: * Ensure all system and application deliverables meet the requirements ofall DoD and Air Force Cybersecurity policies. * Ensure all system deliverables comply with DoD and Air Forcecybersecurity policy, specifically DoDI 8500.01, Cybersecurity, and AFI33-200, Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management. * Ensure cybersecurity policy is implemented correctly on systems, * Ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force Certification andAccreditation policies, specifically Department of Defense Instruction(DoDI) 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD InformationTechnology, and AFI 33-210, The Risk Management Framework (RMF) forAir Force Information Technology. * Support activities and meet the requirements of DoDI 8520.02, PublicKey Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, in order toachieve standardized, PKI-supported capabilities for biometrics, digitalsignatures, encryption, identification and authentication. * Review, analyze, and support the preparation of various documentsin compliance with the AF SEAM processes: * Program Protection Plans (PPP) * Anti-Tamper Plans (ATPs) * Cybersecurity Plans * Testing and/or Operation Authorization * System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) * System Security Plan * System Threat Assessments Qualifications: * Valid DOD Top Secret clearance * US Citizenship * Possess advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to beconsidered an expert in their technical/professional field. * Possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of juniorand mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. * Demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professionaldiscipline as well as possess a * comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associatedstandards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise. * Education and Experience: * Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in therespective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years ofwhich must be in the DoD * OR, BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respectivetechnical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be inthe Do * OR, 20 years of directly related experience with propercertifications, 8 of which must be in the DoD. * Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M standardsOdyssey Systems Consulting Group, LTD.
