About the Opportunity:
Joint Enterprise Technologies is seeking a talented Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Administrator with an active TS/SCI clearance to provide monitoring; maintenance; and support of video communications networks for a 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Center). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Tier III resolution and customer support to scheduled or active; video teleconferences (VTCs). The candidate will also be responsible to provide VTC outage documentation utilizing customer provided Incident Tracking software. The main tools utilized in this role include: VC Wizard VTC scheduling software; SharePoint; Support Web Incident Tracking System; Tandberg Management System (TMS) and other VTC support tools as needed.
AN ACTIVE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO APPLY.
Willingness to submit to and pass a counter intelligence (CI) Polygraph.

NOC is 24x7 shift work; to include weekends and holiday for all employees
Day Shift: 6am ? 2:30pm
Swing Shift: 2pm ? 10:30pm
Mid Shift: 10:30pm ? 6am
Familiarity with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) service and support to include scheduling; monitoring; administrative support and technical assistance to Video Teleconference customers.
Manage resource availability and conflicts for Video Networks .
Ensure compliance with VTC network security policies and procedures.
Possess an understanding of the H323 and E164 protocol stacks.
Ability to identify; analyze; and resolve operating/hardware network problems of VTC systems and applications as they pertain to the Unified Communications environment
Comprehensive knowledge of network topology; along with VTC network hardware and software tools listed above.
Interface with vendors to ensure proper performance of tools and software packages.
Provide After Action Reports (AARs) for Problem Management resolution.
Assist junior technicians with daily tasks and training as necessary
Participates in special projects as required by Prime Contractor Management.

- A minimum of 6 years of relevant technical experience in the administration of networked desktop and server systems.
HS/GED + 10 years experience
Associates Degree + 8 years experience
Bachelor?s Degree + 6 years experience
Master?s Degree + 4 years experience
PhD + 2 years experience
- Security+ CE or CCNA Security required
Network + (desired)
ITIL Foundations (desired)
