At BMC, the dedicated Window Service Technician is a valuable part of ensuring our customers' satisfaction with the highest degree of integrity and quality, as they provide warranty service to our window sales customers.
Major Responsibilities:
Follows instructions from field supervisor regarding windows and warranties.
Works with other service technicians to install and repair windows and window products.
Follows manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.
Operates all equipment in safe and responsible manner.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Provides quality customer service.
Attends all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
Other duties as assigned by location management.
Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
Required Skills
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
Read and use a measuring tape and other basic tools.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Must Maintain a valid class C Driver’s license.
Required Experience
- Minimum Experience: 3 or more months in physically demanding work.
