CVS Health Sr. Director IAM Plan & Build in Colorado
The Information Security Senior Director will be responsible for leading the Plan & Build function as part of the Identity & Access Management ream within CVS Health Global Security. The selected candidate will manage a team of IAM engineers and developers responsible for implementing new solutions or changes to solutions to mitigate risk and deliver value to the enterprise.
The Senior Director will have extensive understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, policies, processes, standard methodologies, and solutions. The incumbent will also have a solid grasp of broader information security functions, including how IAM solutions can mitigate emerging threats. Experience leading and developing teams and validated experience driving successful IAM projects is critical for success in the role.
Advise and support I&AM management initiatives and collaborate with the I&AM team on support of remediation, increased automation, and implementation of innovative technology
Partner with IT teams to ensure accurate I&AM controls are implemented for existing and new systems - Develop and continuously mature an experienced and diverse I&AM team
Identifies, collects and reports critical metrics for the program
Drive a culture of Dev Ops adoption for the planning and delivery of I&AM solutions - Participate in the roadmap and strategic planning with I&AM leadership
Stay current on security technology and trends in the I&AM space
Manage a large team supporting sophisticated projects
Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to drive the implementation of the overall I&AM strategy
Support and drive key components of the Privileged User Management program
8 years IAM Architecture/Engineering Experience
5 years staff management experience
5 years experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environment
Additional Job Information
Individuals in this role will be experienced in managing and leading I&AM solution implementation and have knowledge of IAM protocols and standards. The ability to drive strategic programs forward, develop a high performing team, and effective communication will also be key skills for this individual.
