Emerald is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Elastic team from Denver, CO. Elastic is the leading B2B SaaS platform used by standout active retail brands like The North Face, Puma, Vans, Patagonia, Burton and New Balance to help accelerate their reach at events while reducing the environmental impact of printed catalogs through digital transformation.

Our team is growing and looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketer experienced in demand generation and digital marketing. This position will elevate our sales and marketing efforts by accelerating marketing strategies, nurturing leads into sales, crafting a compelling brand story, and delivering that story to our target market and decision makers. Reporting to Elastic's Marketing Manager and working alongside the Communications Manager, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to get creative with our content and messaging in the B2B SaaS space. Task ownership will include projects relating to the website, brand management, social media, email, and sales presentations.

The Elastic team has recently joined Emerald and is rapidly scaling. The best candidate for this position will be a jack (or jill) of-all-trades with an eye for detail who is eager to get creative and be a collaborative part of a cross-functional team. We need someone who can effectively balance multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and support both our sales and marketing teams with swift task execution.

  • Create brand guidelines and style guide documentation for all internal and forward-facing deliverables

  • Post and/or update blog posts, evergreen pages and case studies on Wordpress site

  • Partner with development to execute larger projects, including updates for website security and SEO

  • Create imagery and graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva

  • Manage calendar of shared and original content on all social platforms

  • Upkeep and enforcement of community management guidelines

  • Build email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation and targeted messaging strategies, including A/B testing and optimization. In partnership with Operations Manager, build out automation strategies to target segmented audiences

  • Using existing templates and provided copy, design Powerpoint slide decks for Enterprise sales presentations

  • Manage design templates in Slidebank

  • Partner with sales and marketing team on copy and messaging

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in either social media management, lead generation, email marketing or sales operations

  • Agency, B2B or Sales background is a plus, but not required

  • MailChimp or other Email Marketing email software

  • Wordpress Management, including working knowledge of HTML & CSS for content management (other technical & development knowledge is helpful but not required)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud or other graphic design tools, such as Canva

  • Comfort with MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel

Compensation & Benefits

Targeted Compensation: $40,000-50,000/ANNUAL
