Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to support various parts of compliance to help them maintain our exceptional standards. You will do this by assessing the effectiveness of the controls we have in place by preforming testing, monitoring and conducting compliance reviews. Once these are done you will use your findings to make recommendations on areas that can be improved, and any corrective actions needed. You will also and help them implement these.

For this role you will need a Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Compliance related function. You will also need in depth understanding of Western Union Compliance processes and systems; demonstrated subject matter expertise and strong knowledge of at least the five pillars of AML and the ability to be trained in additional processes.
