Job Description:DaVita is currently seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join its HomeModalities Team. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will be responsible forsupporting the strategic, operational, and financial analysis ofDaVita's Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy and for executing a variety ofoperational projects to support the therapy. This role is a unique blend ofoperations, analytics, and strategy.Peritoneal Dialysis been increasing in importance over the last severalyears, and is expected to grow at rates much higher than traditionalin-center hemodialysis. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will join a team ofhighly motivated individuals with previous leadership experience from top-tierconsulting firms, investment banks, and healthcare providers that lead ourHome therapies today.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Business and Clinical OperationsProvide leadership, analytics, and project management to ongoing and newoperational initiatives.Design and manage operational pilots and projects, including projectsrelated to patient retention, physician segmentation, conversion ofappropriate patients to PD, marketing ROI, and the creation of a "growthdashboPartner with Home Team Clinical leadership and Clinical reporting teams toimprove clinical outcomes and lead clinical operations pilots and initiatives.Collaborate with supply vendors to align efforts and resolve questions.Strategic AnalysesAnalyze data from various sources to identify opportunities and bestpractices, develop tracking methods for new processes, and build tools tosupport implementation across the Village.Develop and lead strategic analyses to help develop and execute multi-yearstrategy for PD therapy related to growth and vendor strategy.Field SupportShare best practices identified within organizations across other operatingunits.Partner with other national support departments to ensure optimal delivery ofprograms and support provided to Home field organization.Support field teammates on a variety of operational and policy questions andassociated analyses.Expected minimal travelQualifications:Bachelor's degreeA minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations,finance, strategy, or relevant business analytics roleHealthcare experience preferred but not requiredStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to combine data from multiple sourcesExperience using range of Excel functions to enable moderately complexanalysesSynthesize model findings to identify actionable insights and applications tobusiness operationsAbility to take initiative, plan, prioritize, andexecute-independently-the completion of all projects in a fast-pacedenvironmenEffective written and verbal communicator with all levels of management,executives and outside vendorsExcellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and manage resources in ahighly matrixed organizationExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow throughStrong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and the ability tomulti-task effectivelyDaVita is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
