You'll have the opportunity tomanage projects and progress with minimal supervision, including trackingmetrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to reportback to client and internal leadership. Additionally, you'll developpractical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on implicationsof analysis; identifying implementation challenges.You'll work alongside the client's staff on each project, assisting withimplementation tasks. This could include facilitating working sessions withfront-line and supervisors, connecting with and motivating the clientteam, or developing skills of McKinsey or client team members whenappropriate, principally through coaching. You'll also solicit feedbackfrom team members to develop your own skills.
