Supports the project team to ensure that technology solutionscompletely and accurately resolve the needs and objectives of the business.Assists in identifying and documenting business requirements and verifyingquality assurance of the delivered product.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Achieves expertise in the product and gains industry knowledgeUnderstands and adheres to internal methodologies, processes and proceduresLearns business modeling, requirements analysis and design principles of aniterative software development life cycleAttends collaborative application requirements sessions with the clientsbusiness users and demonstrates an understanding of their objectives and goalsWith guidance, develops and produces project deliverables such asrequirements specifications, test plans, and guidesAssists in functional testing and/or user acceptance testing as neededTroubleshoots and analyzes client reported issues and defectsParticipates in internal design and review sessions to gain knowledge oftechnical system implementation principles and practicesSupports the project management team in proactively identifying andcommunicating issues in scope or opportunities for workJob Requirements, Education/Certification/License/Training:Degree in business, marketing, computer science and/or related fielddesired.
