Summary:
A creative and qualitative marketer that develops and manages recruitment marketing activations in partnership with NORAM recruiting and hiring leaders, plus the Attract employment brand and global solution center teams.
Required Skills:
Drives a candidate centric approach and positively impacts the candidates experience, consideration and engagement with Facebook
Champions diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences
Work closely with Global Solution Center and regional leads to maintain and deepen alignment on frameworks, best practices, new technology and changes in target audience behavior to inform campaign approaches and strategy
Contributes to NORAM Recruitment Marketing strategy and goals
Builds integrated and inbound, multi-channel marketing activations and components that are boldly focused on improving the marketing engine through better targeting, spend, content, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.
Attract talent and manage execution efforts through targeted and segmented positioning, messaging, content, channel management, advertising, photos, SEO, videos, mobile games and puzzles, event properties, communication templates and other innovative activations
Overall strong management and execution of marketing activations, including: development and planning, research, communications, briefings, production, vendor and partner management, reporting
Strategically use Facebook products as part of channel optimization plan (Facebook LIVE, 360 video, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook ads, etc.)
Drives and influences collaborative working relationships and cross-functional partnerships to ensure consistent outcomes and processes, including setting and managing partner expectations through strong and consistent communication
Ability to take direction and input to consult and develop effective marketing strategies that are inclusive, engaging, innovative and memorable to achieve the organizational, brand and campaign goals
Map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics, providing insight-based recommendations for actions to continue refining strategy and approach
Evaluate metrics, provide insight-based recommendations for actions to maximize results, demonstrate how efforts have increased diversity pipelines, DSA and/or diverse hires, determine overall success and maximize ROI
Ability to travel 10% is required
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in multi- or omni-channel marketing
Proven skills in adapting a brand strategy into target marketing campaigns, innovative marketing activations, project execution and strategy analysis
Experience helping our teams connect with potential candidates in a meaningful way
Customer satisfaction focus, consultative skills and experience effectively influencing and collaborating with interdepartmental teams
Self-directed and possess proven communication skills, including copywriting
Time management and the experience working across concurrent priorities
Organizational skills with a great attention to detail
Experience integrating business needs into creative marketing campaigns
Experience identifying and acting on priorities and leverage opportunities
Experience articulating concepts and solutions
Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems
Consultative skills and experience effectively influence and collaborate with interdepartmental teams
Relationship building skills in a highly cross-functional environment
Operational and organizational knowledge with an eye for increasing individual and team effectiveness
Knowledge with navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Marketing Tools, etc.
