Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Business Operations Analyst is liaison to business partners within the following areas: Internal Audit, Business Continuity, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Outside Consultants and External Auditors
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise wide GRC
Hands-on experience working on Visualization tools like Tableau, RPA tools such as Automation anywhere, SQL query to extract data from different databases
Develop and produce organizational performance reporting, Identifies and leads cross-departmental improvement efforts
Advises executive management and multiple teams, and provides high level consulting and influence on business initiatives
2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred
University (Degree), Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
2 or more years of experience in a business analyst function
2 or more years as a team lead or manager
Prior experience in a risk and control related function
Solid understanding of regulatory agencies (e.g., FINRA, NYSE, FSA, CFTC)
Knowledge of SSAE16 and supplier governance program
Identifies and leads cross-departmental improvement efforts.
Self identifies improvements and leads initiatives in partnership with other I/T departments.
Provide support to business units related to contingency planning
Assist team with internal controls and remediation plans on behalf of the Asset Management lines of business as well as planning and documenting RCSAs throughout the Asset Management organization.
Minimum Pay: $62,100.00
