THE ROLE As a Business Systems Architect, you will be responsible for bothstrategic direction and project execution across a portion of our portfolio ofFinancial systems that power the entire company. In this role, you willserve as an important partner to Information Technology (IT), BusinessOwners, individual Palantirians, and vendor stakeholders, and you willbe tasked with understanding vital business problems and formulating along-term vision for your portfolio. You ll track and stabilize projects,remove roadblocks, and anticipate the needs of internal partners to ensureyour outcomes meet the most critical business priorities. In addition, youll occasionally be asked to get directly involved in the systems themselves toimplement new functionality or more deeply understand an issue. You will be successful in this role if you are someone who lovesfixing problems and feels comfortable investigating user issues yourself whenthe situation calls for it. This role requires a combination of productmanagement, problem solving, and execution skills.Core Responsibilities * Facilitate strong business partnerships with our key internalstakeholders at Palantir. You will be responsible for ensuring all relevantparties stay informed, are able to share feedback, and have a meaningfulsay in the work we do as a team. * Create, maintain, and iterate on the strategic vision and roadmapfor your portfolio, working with your counterparts on the business side.Take full ownership of execution against these strategic outcomes. * Work with vendors to ensure that we re following best practices, arefully utilizing what we ve purchased, and are sharing key feedback that canimprove our users overall experience of our products. * Lead on the execution of vital projects across your portfolio.
