The team is looking for aPartner Technology Change Manager to lead implementation of its new solutions.The Partner Technology Change Manager will collaborate with cross-functionalteams at Salesforce to deliver amazing change management programs, ensuringthat technology solutions roll out in a successful and sustainable way.In this position you will execute the strategy that makes complex change easyfor our stakeholders. You will conduct impacts analyses to help develop andexecute the change management strategy and plans, working with project teamsand business partners who are eager to make change happen. Your change planswill guide our business partners to achieve operational success and driveadoption for end users. Key to this role, is your ability to buildrelationships, apply critical thinking and take the initiative to driveresults. As a successful Change Manager, you will use influence andinnovation to maximize adoption and ensure a positive end user experience forchanges impacting people, process, and technology.ResponsibilitiesCreating or significantly contributing to Partner technology implementationstrategies and plans, including training and communicationsDeveloping impact analyses to establish the complexity of the changeCollaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of theend-to-end Partner technology strategyPlanning and executing partner engagement strategy - Understand the valuepropositions and become the subject matter expert on new Partner technologies.Share value messaging and best practices with Partner facing roles. E.g.Partner Account ManagersProactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change managementstrategy and methodologyBuilding executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating tothe change management workDriving numerous workstreams across cross-functional areas where there is nodirect reporting structure to ensure a cohesive execution of end-to-end changestrategyRequired Skills5+ years applying change management principles, methodologies and toolsfor implementing CRM, ERP or SFA software for large scale organizationExperience developing Sales or Partner readiness programs, training orpartner engagementA highly organized, energetic, and creative change professionalAbility to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approachStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attentionto detailAn amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplifymessaging/incorporate storytellingBachelor's Degree requiredDesired Skills:Experience with Salesforce CRMChange management certification or designationGreat interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professionalbackgroundsKnowledge of Salesforce Partner ecosystem and business modelsAccommodations - If you require assistance due to a disability applying foropen positions please submit a request via thisPosting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the stateof our world.
