While workingwith our client insights program responsible for capturing feedback anddisseminating analysis this person would be collaborating with BU teams todefine transactional surveys and analytics requirements. They would assist ouraccounts with action plans that address client feedback. A subsequentresponsibility is to guide the BUs and accounts in the creation of importantaction plans based on the analysis and the governance of the corporate actionplanning process.In addition you will assist in the rollout of the global briefing program.
