Fiserv Client Service Specialist in Denver, Colorado
What does a great do?
You will be responsible for addressing and resolving client requests, engaging in process education, issue resolution, and escalations as appropriate. You will be handling repetitive, routine, and unique tasks following detailed instructions and will need to adapt quickly to alternative and creative solutions.
You can expect to-
Document customer issues utilizing current on-line information management system
Ensure timely reporting
Act as liaison between clients and internal departments to communicate, research, and investigate client issues
Analyze data and workflows to determine root causes and making recommendations to gain efficiencies
Data entry of new providers and onboarding support requests.
Track work received and completed for all applicable work-related items
Coordinate the rollout of client-specific procedures within the service center
Execute complex MS Excel functions daily
Help build and maintain knowledge sources
Interact directly with clients on a daily basis- must be comfortable with interpersonal communication
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
2+ years of customer facing experience
Strong problem solving, decision-making, conflict management, and analytical skills, with a collaborative style and approach
College degree preferred
Intermediate-advanced MS Excel skills
Helpful attitude, as you will be interacting directly with clients on a daily basis. You will need to develop detailed knowledge of policies and procedures and gain a broad understanding of our clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, establish trust and negotiate outcomes
Knowledge of banking industry
Any prior SQL knowledge is beneficial
