SUMMARY

The CRM Lead- Global Marketing will develop and lead the CRM system ensuring consistency in data-driven decision making and strategy formulation. This role will work closely with the global marketing team and the regional commercial leaders to achieve growth and revenue plans.

This role reports to the Vice President Global Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate leadership of the Lean Business System

  • Deliver data collection on customer insights, marketing / commercial programs

  • Lead SFDC global processes & reporting

  • Create high quality reports and documentation supporting commercial decision making

  • Identify market segment and geographical opportunities for growth

  • Partner with regional sales leaders by understanding & supporting the needs of the countries to achieve growth and revenue plans, marketing tactics, and programs in line with the global marketing strategy

  • Drive effective communication to multiple stakeholders, including sales , customer service , technical service

  • Lead, operate & thrive effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Play an active role in the commercial leadership

  • Responsible for preparation of business cases, projects to global marketing leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Science or similar Required

  • Master of Business Administration Preferred

  • 5+ years of healthcare CRM management experience

  • SalesForce.com system experience

  • Track record of leading CRM and aligning the organization behind

  • 3 years international experience

  • Sales experience preferred

  • Lean business system understanding preferred
