Position Summary: Digital Marketing Coordinator - Remote US

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will support a team of digital marketers responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, reporting and analysis across multiple divisions. This individual will be responsible for tactical day-to-day coordination support for search, social, display, email, marketing automation, and 3rd party direct buy. This individual will have demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, project management and coordination, working within a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, and working with many different stakeholders.

Remotely based in any US city with a preference of Carlsbad, CA.

What will you do?

  • Work with digital marketing colleagues to coordinate the execution of search, social, display, 3rd party direct buy, email, and marketing automation.

  • Maintain project plans including milestones, estimates, assigned resources, risks, and due dates for every project.

  • Review intake requirements ensuring content is actionable for execution within digital channels.

  • Actively communicating schedule realities, resource needs, and priorities within the team.

  • Working with your leadership to plan future projects, estimate resource requirements, and gain approval of project plan timelines and budget.

  • Manage budget spreadsheets and other related processes to support budget management.

  • Support pulling data to help build digital performance presentations.

  • Support digital marketing team members by creating tracking URLs for digital programs.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation for smooth delivery.

  • Serve as the client point of contact when your digital program manager is unavailable.

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or other related field required.

  • 1-2 years' digital marketing coordination experience with emphasis on multi-channel campaigns including email, marketing automation, search, social, display, 3rd party direct buy and digital lead generation programs.

  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in project management systems like Workfront.

  • Ability to work with many different stakeholders with different business needs and priorities.

  • Experience managing multiple projects at a single time.

  • Good operational and process orientation. Strong project management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to identify, resolve problems and complete tasks with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to act in a highly autonomous capacity and work on the most complex problems with corporate visibility.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
