Responsible for ensuring the overall success and full execution of the National Government Services (NGS) contracts with contract revenue of up to $50M.Overseeand grow the clinicalprogram with full responsibility of the scope of business area.In this role, you will be responsible developing the strategy to grow, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and generating business with new and existing customers. Develops relationships with the customer and leverages those relationships for new and expanded opportunities.

Primary duties may include but not limited to:

  • Managesthe program management office (Program management staff and growth teams ensuresthat all contractually required deliverables from transition plans to QualityAssurance programs are delivered and met.

  • Develops and maintains clientrelationships and resolves contract level client questions and concernscontract value growth.

  • Contract scope and growth opportunities are oftennegotiated face to face with the Government Project Officer (both revenue andscope).

  • Position has an expected growth goal established annually foropportunities that further grow the contract and improve the overall program.

  • Supports business acquisition in bid preparation and implementation of newcontracts.

  • Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of directreports.

  • Requires BS/BA degree; 10+ years related CMS operations experience; and clinical experience. Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships.5years manager experience in managing complex systems work flow processes and associates; 4+ years of related work experience in lieu of the masters degree; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Masters Degree preferred. Ability to travel required.
