  • Leads efforts to complete RFI and RFx proposals to complete vendor selection that aligns to business and technical strategy

  • Leads contract negotiation and is accountable to bring cross functional team for review and final approvals

  • Works closely with PMO and supporting organizations to develop implementation strategies, success criteria, and KPI’s

  • Measures success on all initiatives and projects within assigned markets or national initiatives; communicates results to executives, and highlights continuous improvement plan opportunity

  • Develops strategic plans, roadmaps, and status reporting for assigned markets

  • Develop trusted relationships with key technology and clinical leaders & stakeholders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery. This includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within the program

  • Provides oversight and governance to support intake process with well vetted requests that align to local and national market business strategy

  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership

  • Ensure data is collected to appropriately inform decision making for mitigating risks and resolving issues

  • Works with internal and/or external stakeholders as a thought leader to align technology solutions with business strategies.

  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of IT and the service catalog, and assigned departments/business areas to identify and communicate how IT solutions can support the achievement of short- and long-term business goals.

  • Establishes and maintains a strategic relationship with appropriate level key stakeholders and IT.

  • Facilitates stakeholder (internal) business planning and strategy meetings.

  • Participates in short- and long-term strategic planning sessions with clients to improve business processes.

  • Communicates with stakeholders, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure awareness of progress, risks, and results.

  • Understands and anticipates direction of the business area(s)/unit(s) identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to support the assigned business area(s)/unit(s) desired future state.

  • Will provide input to an oversight committee for the prioritization of IT initiatives based on organization(s) needs/strategy, IT workload and budget.

  • Ensures the business need is addressed by the technical solution from a conceptual standpoint.

  • Promotes business knowledge of IT process, roles, and procedures to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • Ensures stakeholder’s expectations are set and identifies and resolves disconnects through negotiation or governance mechanisms.

  • Utilize internal tools and agile mindset to create governance program and collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learning; promotes continuous improvement

  • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives

  • Provide “go to” leadership, transparency and visibility to the entire Technology & Products organization
