Director Of Member ServicesInterim Director Of Member Services and Continuum StrategyContract positionTitle: Director of Member ServicesCompany: Downtown Denver Non-ProfitDuration: 3-6 months (could become permanent employment)Key duties for interim Director of this higher education, non- profitcompany, will focus on member support as well as project management supportwith key efforts in planning and execution phases.Duties:Play a key leadership role in the planning and execution phases of annualmember Induction, a three-day orientation to region that is served.Lead a cross-functional Induction project team.Recruit and engage current corps members and alumni members in small projectplanning groups.Ensure that the Induction plan aligns with our regional vision, achievesincreased cost efficiency, and sets a solid foundation for corps sizeexpansion in future years.Provide technical support to help implement, monitor and adjust the MemberRoad map, which is a strategic cross-team priority. Ensure a set ofcoherent, connected supports and services to multiple member groups, fromearly engagement to school and systems leaders.Support projects that align with the Continuum Support and Experience team'sother strategic priorities.This role has heavy emphasis on Systems and Structures for Scaling, dutiesto include;Lead, facilitate and/or support a number of systems improvement effortswith a lens on scaling.Provide project management support to a number of cross-functional effortsdesigned to improve the quality and impact of our member experience, anddrive towards systems and structures improvement.Work cross-functionally to capture and codify innovative and effectivepractices and build viable plans to scale those practices.We are looking for individuals that:Demonstrate experience and success in all or most of the relevant functionalareas (i.e. partner stewardship, project management, systems andstructures for scaling, etc.)Has experience working with school leadersHas had experience facilitating and has had prior roles project planning incross-functional team settings and with external partnersHas experience managing change in a growing organizationSkills Needed:Synthesizing, integrating, and developing strategiesAbility to think at a systems level and execute strategies at theimplementation levelBuilding relationships and networksAbility to both work independently, and to collaborate with multiplestakeholder groupsExceptional written and verbal communicationExceptional organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage complex project plansStrong team orientation - ability to work cross-functionally across diverseteamsAbility to communicate professionally to diverse audiencesAble to work with consistent excellence in a fast-paced, high-performingenvironmentEmail: denver@stivers.com.
