71681BR Documentation ArchitectProfessionalJob DescriptionAs aDocumentation Architecton the Cerner Government Services team, you willhave the opportunity to grow with the world's largest Healthcare IT company.You will author and edit project documentation for both internal and externaluse. This documentation includes, but is not limited to, solutionspecifications, project communications, and formal documents whichoutlines how contractual requirements are met. You will also lead efforts toensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across project documentation.You will review client comments regarding submitted documentation and assistin the development of comment responses. Your daily work will include trackingassigned project tasks to ensure deadlines are met and documentation has beencompleted appropriately, as well as assisting in documentation supportcampaigns as they arise.Asa Documentation Architect, you will also be expected to review contractualobligations to ensure that requirements are being met across multiple projectsas well as analyze contractual obligations to identify necessary modificationsand assist in those efforts. You will provide documentation guidance andrecommendations to project owners, SMEs, editors, and DocumentationArchitects. You will also provide support to project owners in discussionswith the client regarding submitted documentation and help lead team,department, and program initiatives.To help implement program optimization efforts, you will defineandrecorddocumentation strategy, including processes, tools, reports,and design. You will train and mentor on documentation processes, audit forcompliance, and provide feedback to encourage improvement. You willparticipate in initiatives that advance team and organizational goals andimprove the effectiveness of associates, tools, and processes. You willcommunicate and monitor tasks and deadlines,whiledevelopingstrategies forimproving compliance with deadlines. You will address routine and complexdocumentation issues with limited guidance from others.
