CVS Health Engineering Manager - Mobile Development in Denver, Colorado
As an Engineering Manager at Aetna, a CVS Health company, you will be leading multiple Web and Mobile teams focused on delivering products that provide members with information and resources they need to make better informed decisions about their health care. You are not expected to code, but are expected to have strong expertise as a software engineer that will help inform how you manage the team. You will also be empowered to make engineering decisions that will have direct impacts on the business. - 7+ years software development experience (native app development)* 3+ years management or similar leadership experience
- Experience working with leading industry practices: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps* Ability to drive the adoption of new technology and trends* Ability to build and sustain high performing teams* Experience and success in leading agile teams effectively and consistently delivering the highest quality software to improve/impact customer experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
