Sunrun Field Service Associate in Denver, Colorado


The Field Service Associate is responsible for supporting the Field Service Coordinator with coordinating effective execution of field service work through branch and partner relationships. Customer obsession, excellent communication and a desire to succeed are critical person characteristics for success.


  • Support Service Techs through hotline, document collection, process and procedure questions, and issue resolution

  • Complete all field service dispatch reviews and approvals

  • Initiate and create tasks to complete further work required for field service dispatches

  • Collect and follow up on aging status updates

  • Assist in rescheduling or reallocate resources to complete field service dispatches

  • Address and resolve tasks per SLA’s

  • Identify trends and provide solutions to field service dispatch lifecycle issues

  • Assist with Branch | Partner specific projects as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree (preference for technical area of study)

  • At least 1 year of work experience


  • Applied knowledge of business metrics

  • Must a self-starter, take on various duties and be able to take initiative when needed

  • Independently manage day-to-day activities

  • Detail oriented, accurate and poised under pressure

  • Experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • CRM experience, preferably Salesforce

  • Ability to work independently and closely with other members of department and project team

  • Strong written and oral communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
