What you’ll be working on:
Experience managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
Maintaining and upgrading software following deployment.
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
Collaborate with IT and Business Partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions
Lead cross functional development team to implement software solutions that meet business needs
Identifies and manages dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and/or programs
Coding and debugging applications along with analyzing existing systems, processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies and provide continuous application improvements
Providing rotating production support for urgent escalations
Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure all technology services needs are identified in a timely way and communicated, integrated, planned and budgeted effectively
Other duties as assigned.
What is expected of an Full Stack Developer:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience in software design and software development or equivalent
Knowledge of server-side programming languages including Net, Java, Ruby, and Python and U/UX and basic prototype design.
Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached, and Varnsh. Comfortable with application hosting in AWS.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to handle multitasking a collaborative distributed environment.

Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Stapleton area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to and from work. Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.
