As the newest member of our creative team, you willwork alongside other members of the Creative Services team, as well asID's other practice areas to bring strategic design approaches to complexdesign challenges to life. You will wear multiple hats and expertly constructdesigns from concept to production/development. You are an excellent problemsolver and creative thinker who can balance feedback so that the visualseffectively represent the brand and idea being communicated.How You'll Spend Your Day: Collaborating with team members to develop concept and project ideas. Communicating and coordinating with leaders on the creative team toensure the visual design pays off. Expertly and strategically creating visual design based off of decisionsmade. Works swiftly and accurately to update existing art files with client orQA feedback - Complete all copy, regulator, and design changes, and helpmaintain production consistency through all sub-brand elements, whilesafeguarding brand standards. Maintain well-organized, correctly built files. Work with the tech team to package and prepare approved files forhandoff and be the creative point person should any additional questions orrequests arise. Stay up-to-date on current industry trends, technologies, theories, etc. Applying your technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, andInDesign (bonus: After Effects). Take a break every Thursday afternoon to enjoy a drink at our weeklyall-agency meeting.What You'll Bring to the Table: An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, graphic designor a related discipline 2-5 years of experience working in a digital or interactive agency Self-starter and team-player that isn't afraid to speak up with ideasfor improving process and workflows Proficient user of current graphic design practices and web productionsoftware, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (bonus: After Effects) Experience with motion graphics and a working knowledge of storyboardingand storytelling, also a plus.
