Relentless pursuit of better
We will look to you for the development of product plans, roadmaps, strategies, and tactics. Responsible for establishing key KPIs, success matrix, and priorities for digital products. Responsible for detailing and defining product requirements including value proposition, features, functionality, user experience, and positioning. Lead and manage a team of POs responsible for delivery. Will drive product roadmap by working with various stakeholder such as legal, compliance, risk, engineering, marketing etc. You will be responsible for identifying key KPIs, hypothesis, concepts, and solutions relevant to the assigned area of focus. In doing so, may create key product requirements, including product concepts, market analysis, business cases, product specifications, development, testing, and launch plans.
For this role, you will need to be a bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years progressive digital product management experience, 5 of those years in a leadership role driving product initiatives. You must have a willingness to jump in to do what is needed for the role as well as strong leadership and communication skills that can work well across global teams in a fast paced 24/7 environment. You will have experience in a lean agile/ SAFe environment and the ability to mentor and drive product teams. Technical background is preferred, and its required that you understand the basic technical concepts of Mobile apps, Web, Kiosk and other digital channels.
