Emcor Group Help Desk Technician in Denver, Colorado

Description* Responsible for being the first point of contact for technicalsupport requests* Ability to effectively communicate with the customer usingproblem-solving techniques and troubleshooting* Identify and suggest support needs and improvements* Follow-up and follow through with all customer needs* Communicate with internal and external clients in a polite andprofessional manner.* Manage and monitor the deployment\install of all software,hardware, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.* Follow all Trautman and Shreve and EMCOR policies and procedures.* Record and log all service desk requests* Other duties as may be assigned.* This is a 40 hour per week position, requiring a start time nolater than 7:00am. Remainder of schedule determined by manager, based onbusiness need and may vary accordingly.EOE M/F/Vet/Disabled
