The SoftwareImplementation Consultant is responsible for overseeing the implementation andtraining of software solutions provided to customers in support of MiTek'sHomebuilder Channel.Essential Functions:The role requires both expertise in the capabilities of MiTek software as wellas a deep understanding of customer business needs and includes tasks andresponsibilities similar to the following:* Coordinate and implement software solutions with new customers and expandthe deployment of software solutions at existing customers* Help configure customer environments for various software solutionsincluding the SAPPHIRE Build ERP and similar applications* Analyze customer business processes and provide recommendations forconfiguration of MiTek software applications* Work directly with customers on software training efforts* Develop and refine agreed deliverables per project plan* Conduct client meetings and work sessions to maintain project momentum* Update project management tools to include percent complete, and preparetracking tools to enable timely and accurate invoicing* Assist customer in completing tasks assigned to them and conduct ongoingtraining so customers are self sufficient* Travel to customer sites when required to participate in softwareimplementations and discussions (up to 75% travel)* Identify software limitations and opportunities that directly impact thesoftware business value and work with the software development team to ensurethose needs are being communicated and prioritized appropriately* Help develop best practices for the deployment and training ofsoftware products to customers* Provide status updates regarding project implementation milestones andchallengesSkills & Abilities:* Associates Degree or related certifications / training* Minimum two+ years of software implementation / deployment experience(such as ERP, CRM, or other business management software applications)or 2+ years building industry related experience.* Language Skills* Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
