SUMMARY
The International Business Leader ,Tissue Processing (IBL) leads the development and implementation of global marketing strategy for the Business Unit, and provides leadership to the Business Unit Team. The IBL is accountable for ensuring the Business Unit Team addresses all relevant business and marketing aspects. Additionally, the International Business Leader is responsible for creating an effective & customized flow of relevant information between the Business Unit and relevant cross functional stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate leadership of the Lean Epredia Business System
Provide business input & implement the Strategic Plan
Develop the Global Marketing Plan
Own the global revenue goals for the product line
Accountable for all sales tools and literature
Develop and execute global product launches
As the Product Champion , lead and motivate the Business Unit
Ensure promotional activities maximize appropriate use of current products
Create the long term strategic vision for the Business Unit
Lead, sets goals, and align with commercial stakeholders to develop and implement the global marketing plan
Trouble-shooting responsibility; ownership for resolving issues that have an impact on the product
Manage the execution of all business-related plans including branding, positioning, message strategy, pricing, PR, congresses, etc.
Identify new market opportunities and manages market risks
Manage product lifecycle including obsolescence
Responsible for preparation of business cases, projects to Epredia Leadership Team
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Science or similar Required
Master of Business Administration Preferred
5+ years of Diagnostic sales and/or marketing experience
Track record of making strategic commercial decisions and aligning the organization behind them
Experience of managing a project and its financials
Global experience preferred
