KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.
Contact for client and market interactions as a solution specialist, developing effective feedback loops that translate into value-add and improved feature capabilities for the end-to-end solution offering; encompassing people, process and technology
Collaborates with solution leadership, alliances, business and industry teams to identify, assess and define solutions that solve complex business problems with overall accountability of a comprehensive solution roadmap
Drives the day-to-day management of deliverables for a cross-functional core team across the areas of product engineering, service delivery and go-to-market for new solution development and existing solution management
Develops and maintains a comprehensive solution roadmap, including defining the solution offering and differentiated value, aligning to buyers and personas and revising/updating continuously as new market feedback, industry & technology trends, competitive intelligence, client responses are received
Supports sales enablement and pursuits as the solution specialist; including providing input to training and marketing content, proposal responses, managing solution demos and collaborating with value architects on pricing, to ensure solution value is clearly demonstrated
Accountable for assigned solution P&L, closely managing the build and delivery of products and services with strict financial controls
Minimum five years of recent experience in the area of Product Management, Program Management, Solution Development and/or Solution Delivery for a technology services company, with industry expertise in a highly technical and fast paced delivery environment; including three years experience in providing client services
Bachelor or Master's degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, business management or business information systems; strong knowledge of and expertise with portfolio management of many active customer-centric products and services
Ability to lead and mentor cross functional teams
Strong analytical and judgment skills; strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail and project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders

Ability to travel as necessary
