This position is responsible for overseeing day to day operations and strategic planning within Desktop Support lane of Information Technology.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reports statistical performance information regarding service levels to leadership

  • Manages to budget

  • Regularly reviews policy, process and procedure for efficiency and adherence

  • Partners with other support organizations to improve customer experience

  • Manages supervisor performance where applicable

  • Oversees overall team performance

  • Strategic planning and team goal setting

  • Manages Executive and C Suite Support

  • Partners with local Executive Leadership to improve overall technology support

  • Facilitates meeting support

  • Facilitates A/V Conference Room(s) Support

  • Coordinate multiple departments to solve complex technical support issues

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • College education or equivalent job experience

  • Proficient with MS Office applications

  • Customer Service experience in a Support environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, use problem solving skills to resolve them, request assistance and work with outside groups when appropriate to resolve

  • Advanced interpersonal skills

  • Ability to document and adjust process and process flow

  • Industry certifications helpful (A+, HDI, ITIL etc)
