KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in in Technology Enablement for ourpractice.
Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects involving strategy and implementation support related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications
Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations
Lead the day-to-day activities of ServiceNow HRSD advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the ServiceNow HRSD application
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
Implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience with ServiceNow or other Case Management, Knowledge Management Applications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Full life cycle HR Transformation and Service delivery implementation experience with large complex client delivery
Lead Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle
Detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best practices
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
Ability to travel up to eighty percent
