Job Description SummaryAs the Manager of UX Production, you will lead the Digital Production and Design Operations discipline with a focus on enterprise/public site initiatives. You will set digital processes, benchmarks, and maintain service level agreements, establish digital production procedures across the organization in conjunction with the IT department, as well as manage training of resources and oversee large scale strategic projects, product kickoffs, and ongoing evaluation of digital requests. You will also support digital project requests to ensure a consistent experience across platforms and translate the UX vision and strategy into daily design team operations.Job Description

What Success Looks Like:

  • Manage and oversee the work of the UX Producer. Manage process management and production among teams including Marketing, IT, Compliance, SEO, Accessibility and Legal, with a focus on the UX and Content Strategy teams to optimize impact to reduce resource waste, assist in roadmap prioritization work, and business goals setting.

  • Involvement in discovery, development and delivery of all Enterprise digital projects and features. Help manage large-scale digital projects with complex migration requirements.

  • Manage, coach, mentor and lead UX producer in digital project management and day to day tasks providing career development planning and opportunities.

  • Oversee and help manage large scale digital projects with complex migration requirements from discovery, research, and development to final delivery.

  • Provide senior leadership with routine reporting/information on team activities.

  • Plan documents and enter provision information into multiple internal systems.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Eight years of experience in digital production with thorough knowledge of UX and development best practices

  • One year of experience managing staff or leading large-scale projects

  • Strong knowledge of Miro or other collaborative white boarding platforms and MS Office Suite, HTML and web coding, CSS, browsers and platforms, and working knowledge of CMS platforms

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence staff, partners and stakeholders

  • Change-management skills to adapt and lead others in a competitive digital environment

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced with digital trends and production processes

  • Experience, training or education in software engineering or UX design

  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike and ticketing tools such as Workfront and working with financial compliance, legal and compliance processes

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. *

Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $91,000 and $150,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 15%.
