Performs basic research andprepare documents and other marketing materials. Provides logistical supportthrough planning, scheduling and coordination. Helps with taskadministration, ensuring requests are submitted, tracked and shipped in atimely manner. Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills required. Assists with ordrives marketing projects as needed. Ensure the highest level of quality isachieved within deadline. Utilities experience preferred.Additional Job Details:Support Product Portfolio Managers in implementing product marketing plans andoperational processes required to deliver products to market through sales,direct marketing and vendor channels.Essential Responsibilities:Support multiple Product Portfolio Managers while becoming familiar withspecific products and assisting in all aspects of product managementincluding: coordinating creation and revision of literature, invoiceprocessing and tracking, identifying and solving process issues,forecasting achievements and tracking budget detail. Product planningincluding developing and monitoring the success of plans. Coordinate specialmarketing projects upon request including: organizing and participating inspecial promotions, trade shows, seminars, training presentations, andcustomer and vendor visits/presentations. Create, build and maintainrelationships that enhance performance of business unit, including salesteam and vendor relations. Support product sales through providing informationand problem resolution for sales team and vendors. Administer vendorcontracts. Maintain database reports needed to support sales and marketingefforts (new prospects, tracking sales activity). Required Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
