Responsibilities:The Rocky Mountains Business Center of Principal is looking for aself-motivated, dynamic and experienced Marketing Associate who can exceland thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the MarketingAssociate will support, drive, and execute the delivery of marketingcampaigns throughout our region, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico,Wyoming and Montana, for the management team and around 35 financialadvisors. The individual will collaborate with the Regional Managing Directorto differentiate the Principal brand locally to drive the Rocky Mountainsregion's priorities forward, and innovate marketing and communicationssolutionThe Marketing Associate will be responsible in assisting to achieve salesgoals and growth through marketing initiatives, increase advisorproductivity and client retention, driving a customer first culture. Thesegoals will be achieved by consulting with advisors on each of their individualmarketing needs, partnering with the Regional Managing Director to findinnovative ways to reach and retain our clients and executing on tacticalmarketing campaigns. The Marketing Associate role offer a good balancebetween team support responsibilities and independent, project-based work.Responsibilities* Assist management and advisors in developing and implementing marketingprograms and support materials that will enable advisors and management toeffectively penetrate target segments to attract new business and maintainexisting business.* Support management team with strategically developing and implementingmarketing campaigns into target markets, associations, and community groups.* Ensure advisor marketing program and tools are promoted and implementedwith all advisors. This includes but is not limited to, engagement in therecruiting process to ensure all necessary market branding and other materialsare available in a timely manner to support and an effective on boarding andlaunch of marketing activities or campaign.* Serve as an advocate for advisors and business centers by partnering withregional marketing consultants and internal contacts to acquire resourcesneeded for advisors to improve business development efforts and meet financialobjectives.* Regularly prepare reports that track marketing activity of advisor andBusiness Center campaigns.* Participate in marketing plan process & review of advisor marketing goalsand needs. Ensure timely follow-up and execution of items in marketing planare completed.* Develop social media calendar and leverage Principal social media contentfor Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., track and analyze metrics, develop bestpractices to drive traffic and increase engagement with Principal and advisorcontent on social platforms.* Drive the implementation of SalesForce (CRM) in training and transitionof client data* Manage multiple projects with competing timelines and differentstakeholders.
