This role will serve as super user for bothsystems and will be responsible for maintenance, health and quality ofDAM, PIM and data and assets in each system. A key role of this position isto support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that support the marketing ofproperty through in place and evolving business processes. A successfulcandidate will display ownership of the data and its use, be highlyanalytic, have a high degree of business acumen, with strongproblem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Work with global team to add new assets to DAM insuring accuracy of metadataAudit of DAM and PIM to maintain currency and quality of collectionSupport on-going business continuity by managing product digital asset data,serving as the Subject matter expertCollaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain bestpractices for PIMServe as PIM systems super user and resolve most system related issuesEscalate and liaise with IT or appropriate systems administrators as necessaryto support systems and usersReview and utilize reports to improve data quality and ultimately systemperformanceResponsible for performing ad hoc analysis, with the ability to design,run and validate reports tailor to specific requestsQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeExperience with the maintenance and management of PIM and/or DAMKnowledge of cataloging, taxonomy or library science a plusCreative, motivated, willing to learn and be coachedAbility to prioritize and manage concurrent projects wellExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Strong communication skillsMust be well organized and highly attentive to detailVery strong attention to accuracy and detail & communication skillsSelf-motivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workloadindependently to complete tasks in accordance with service levels andtimeliness with a focus on exceeding expectations.Prologis offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefitoptions, including 401(k) with company match.
