Ardent Mills Marketing Intern in Denver, Colorado

The role:As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist businessleaders in creating long-term company value by developing and executingmarketing objectives, goals and strategies. Typical project work is centeredon developing data analysis, creative development and overall support ofproduct marketing goals. Additionally, these roles will work with thebusiness segments to support growth opportunities and long-term strategies. Asuccessful candidate will have the following attributes:The ability to deliver results in first-time situations by inspiring othersand working to earn trust every dayThe willingness to serve others with understanding, respect, and careThe ability to operate with simplicity, clarity and transparencyThe willingness to effectively deal with and drive changeThe ability to organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meetingand/or exceeding deadlinesThe ability to learn and apply new technology, with the willingness to shareknowledge with othersAbove all you will be expected to carry out all your activities withreliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, environmentallyresponsible, and efficient manner.Key Accountabilities:Areas of exposure may include, but are not limited to:Lead one or two strategic projects using data analysis and provide asynthesized recommendation to broader Ardent Mills team.Assisting with tactical activities associated with overarching integratedmarketing strategies and brand management.Collaborating with product marketing team in new product launches.Data Analysis; supporting the marketing team in the analysis and evaluationof marketing efforts to fully understand effectiveness and opportunity toimprove.Creative Development; assisting in the execution of the marketing strategyby developing content, reviewing materials and execution of projects.Interacting and collaborating with other Ardent Mills functions to gain abroader understanding of the Ardent Mills business structure and how Marketingplays a role.Interns will be immersed in the day-to-day business activity while partneringdirectly with employees across the organization, to create an environmentthat fosters learning and development. The hourly rate for this internshipstarts at $20.00 and goes up from there. Our internships are overtimeeligible in accordance with local guidelines.
