The Demand Center Team consists of highly capable and passionate marketers and demand enthusiasts focused on delivering wins for the Mid-Market Segment. The Global Demand Center Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns with the Intuit Marketing and Communications teams, sales and agencies in support of the Corporate and Partner management sales teams to drive leads and revenue. This individual will also be responsible for driving the large accounting firm strategy and execution for the GDC. This role plays a critical role in service to one the Intuit’s Big Bets…Disrupting the emerging Mid-Market, 11-300 employees.

What you'll bring

  • At least six years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a marketing strategy and demand generation role.

  • If you have previous experience marketing to Large Accounting Firms, please call that out in your resume.

  • If you have Demand Gen exprience please also be sure to highlight that

  • Prefer experience in technology, fintech, telecom and/or SaaS

  • Ability to plan, manage and drive successful execution of initiatives in support of revenue, sales, profitability and growth. Ability to adapt strategies based on data.

  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals. In-depth knowledge of demand gen metrics.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, personas, products and the buyer’s journey.

  • Ensure that content reaches the right persona and part of the sales funnel at the right time.

  • Measure, analyze, and report lead and campaign performance. Visit-to Lead conversion rates, MQLs to SQLs to meetings to conversion rates, ARPC, NPS, revenue, affinity, awareness...

  • Basic technical acumen with the ability to speak to current technology trends and demonstrate the capabilities of the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem, and understanding of the mid-market and marketing to verticals

  • Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives. Work well within a team of various stakeholders (sales, marketing, data/IT, finance), including work with agencies

  • Has a customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect’s larger issues

  • Knows their way around the tools of the trade–CRM, ABM, marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, SFDC, Eloqua and so on.

  • Bachelor’s degree–preferably in marketing, business or a related field.

  • Knowledge of the Accountants Networks and accountant associations

  • Strong Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Manage and maintain the accountants events and align with Events team to execute

  • Manage overall Rhythm of the business communications: eNewsletter, maintain contacts, with up to date DNC/DNM lists

  • Schedule/coordinate business webcast, conferences and presentations

  • Manage, track, and submit timely invoices for vendor and department expenses

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to marketing plan

  • Coordinate all marketing activities to assist Accountants marketing to stay on tasks

  • Track performance of all marketing initiatives

  • Responsible for uploading and delivering marketing assets and campaigns for partner execution

  • Evaluates and adjusts processes to respond to changing and/or competitive markets

  • Provide support to Sr. marketing manager to implement marketing programs; develops, conducts and maintains marketing and customer profiling practices

  • Provides support to maintain list management and analysis if needed

  • Works with sales to ensure that sales reps have necessary collateral and training materials
