Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will also support a number of critical strategic programs and projects throughout their lifecycle. The company we will be supporting is adept at working in virtual teams so program/project managers can be based out of any CGI location. The company will we will supporting employs a SAFe Agile approach.Work with client personnel to establish a project management office including process design and documentation, implementing project dash boards and facilitating change management. Ongoing program and project management of client’s strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5-8 years demonstrated project management experience• Experience working in a full Agile environment• Solid project management skills related to project planning and control, scope management, issue and risk management, and quality management• Experience in managing software related projects using the software development lifecycle• Experience negotiating contractual documents and maintaining changes to the terms and conditions of those documents.• Significant consulting experience in customer-facing engagements. The candidate will be expected to lead project teams including customers, 3rd party vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner, exhibiting outstanding leadership and accountability. The candidate will effectively be representing CGI to the client.• Managerial skills, ability to work as a part of team, technical knowledge helpful, strong organizational skills, excellent writing skillsSkill Set Years of Experience Proficiency LevelProject Management – Mid Level3 to 6 years3 years demonstrated project management experience, PMP preferred, Agile experience preferredDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREDManagerial skills, ability to work as a part of team, Agile experience helpful, technical knowledge helpful, strong organizational skills, excellent writing skills
