71582BR Organizational Change ConsultantProfessionalJob DescriptionAs an Organizational Change Consultant on Cerner's Federal Change Managementteam you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation andinformal discussion to understand an organization's culture, successfactors, and barriers.Build strategies to support adoption of the changesrequired by a project or initiative, conduct impact analyses, assesschange readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will also need tounderstand success metrics, monitor change progress and provide updates onchange readiness. You will also define and build a plan to address anticipatedresistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.QualificationsBasic QualificationsA Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of consulting work experienceReceipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable foryour positionDue to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires youto be a U.S. citizenPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,communications, Education, Healthcare Administration, related field orequivalent and relevant work experienceCertified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Association of ChangeManagement ProfessionalsAt least 2 years of change management work experienceAt least 2 years of Healthcare IT consulting work experienceClinical and hospital operations acumenHealthcare workflow impact analysisCerner Millennium Solution knowledgeExpectationsWilling to travel up to 80% as neededMust be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area or near a majorinternational airportWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by localregulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies andprocedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and clientassets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises ofsecurity within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S.-based positions with Cerner must be legally authorized towork in the United States.
