This person will play akey role as he/she will directly support strategic RingCentral partnersmanaged by our National Accounts team.Must Have:* Serve as the primary operational support for our National Partner SalesTeam.* Drive project management completion for initiatives that remove frictionfrom the partner experience, scale best practices, increase sales andmarket share while maximizing profitability.* Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver unique ad-hoc andrecurring reporting that drives visibility into sales performance and leadgeneration activity.* Create and drive operational plans with the Partner Operations Team todevelop and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges.* Streamline, improve and expand operational processes internally atRingCentral to support and exceed the expectations of partners.* Develop best practices and train partner managers on sales processes andresolve escalation requests.* Provide day-to-day support for partner sales teams to help them sell,implement and support RingCentral's services in collaboration withRingCentral's internal support teams.* Work with cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation,support and commission escalations.* Provide recommendations on enablement activities to align with companystrategy and KPI objectivesQualifications:* 1-3 years working with Business Operations and/or Project Management.* Experienced in developing and speaking to analytics and KPI reporting.* Proficient in using Salesforce and BI tools including Microsoft Power BI.* Strong Project Management and Excel skills required.* Ability to build relationships with and strongly influence internal andexternal executive level decision makers.* Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations.* Must be able to articulate cross-functional sales process at an executivelevel.* Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology.* Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-pacedenvironment.* Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.* BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.Benefits and
