Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Business Development:

Primary focus:

  • Develop relationships with network services providers and data services provider to be able to prioritize them for on-boarding with the FastConnect Program.

  • This requires that they dig in and have in dept knowledge of the market and, and of the potential partner they are dealing with (i.e. Key - Identifying what the unique value add with an Oracle/FastConnect partnership)

  • Manage FastConnect Partners (I.e. Lifecyle mgmt)

o Establish and manage partner KPIs

o Conduct business reviews

o Conduct go to market review

o Help guide the partner within Oracle


  • They need to be a self starter

  • Have strong program management/project management skills

  • Know how to sell internal and externally

  • Have strong excel skills to create pivot tables and work with data for presentations

  • Have strong presentation skills

Product Management -Technical Position Summary:Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for bringing new product features tocustomers by closely collaborating with other product stakeholders, sales andcustomers. The Product Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to writeout product user stories that will be key in the product development process.Knowledge of networking and telecommunication infrastructures is key.


  • Collect and prioritize product data by conducting internal and external feedback interviews

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams on the product feature

  • Be able to participated in customer calls to help facilitate solution discussions

  • Gather and analyze data on competing products to determine where to compete effectively and present recommendations to the Product Service Owner

  • Plan product roll outs with clear guidelines and documentation supporting product releases

  • Oversee the product line s life cycle and anticipate any problems and communicate those to the team and organization/customer if needed

  • Manage product metrics that will be clearly defined with new product lines

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of product releases across multiple teams

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with Engineering Team and Head of Product

  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product feature documents and metrics

  • Connect and raise awareness around your team s product through active and ongoing communication with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
