These professional servicesengagements will focus on key customer solutions such as, webapplications, enterprise applications, HPC, batch processing and bigdata, archiving and disaster recovery, networking, 5G, TelecomOperations Support Solutions and Business Support Solutions.Responsibilities include:* Solutions - Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partnersand customers. This includes participating in pre-sales on-site visits,understanding customer security and compliance requirements, proposing anddelivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements.* Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training andsupport teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services in keymarket verticals and regulated industries such as financial services,healthcare, life sciences, and energy.* Delivery - Engagements will include migration of existing applications anddevelopment of new applications using AWS cloud services. This will be donevia onsite customer projects.* Insights - Work with AWS engineering, support and business teams to conveypartner and customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps.This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to clientlocations and deliver professional services.Basic Qualifications* 10+ years experience in IT security, compliance and risk management,including privacy, controls, etc.* 3-5+ years of experience in Architecture and Design of IT systems,design patterns, and frameworks in Telecommunications Industry* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Mathbackground preferred* Proven experience building security reference architecture for all-in clouddeployments and hybrid scenarios* Significant technical expertise in Cloud Computing technologies, scriptinglanguages (JSON, Python, RoR, etc), integrating 3rd partymonitoring tools, encryption tools and best practices, and forensics* Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions such as WAF,IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM* Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise ITlandscape Deep understanding of enterprise risk management methods andtechniques to drive successful outcomes in a multi-national environment* Working knowledge of cloud computing technologies and workload transitionchallenges* Familiarity with archive, backup/recovery and business continuityprocesses in distributed operations* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, andtechnical challenges* Highly technical and analytical, possessing 7 or more years of ITimplementation experienceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
